The Conference will be held at the facilities of the Centro de Estudios Científicos (CECS) in downtown Valdivia, Southern Chile. CECS is located less than five minutes walk from the main plaza of Valdivia. At the end of January the temperature varies between 15 (59 ºF) to 32 (89,6 ºF) ºC with occasional rainfall.
