Summary :
Our planet is warming up at a ratio of 0.7&orm;C during the last century, primarily as a result of uncontrolled emissions from the burning of fossil fuels, leading to the associated greenhouse effect. It is estimated that by the end of this century, temperatures could rise by 1.4&orm;C and up to a maximum of 6&orm;C, depending on policies to reduce greenhouse gases. Faced with this warming, what will happen to everlasting snow? What impact will it have?
